Clement Teo founded DoubleAM in 2024 after seeing the same problem in business after business: talented people spending their days on work that should be handled by machines. Customer messages going unanswered for hours. Leads falling off because nobody followed up. Teams drowning in admin instead of doing the work they're good at.
DoubleAM was built to fix that. We take the manual processes that eat your team's time and replace them with AI systems that work around the clock, trained on your business, connected to your tools, and managed by our team.
Clement is hands-on in every client engagement. He oversees the automation design, reviews every chatbot flow before it goes live, and stays involved through monthly optimisation reviews.
